The most kind and nice staff I ever met. Perfectly clean and huge rooms were bright with kitchen incl. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were available too.

I chose this hotel for my work trip because it offers staying at the resort while being only 200 metres from Tiger training camp, considered one of the best in the region. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The room was equipped with a personal computer connected to Wi-Fi internet, which made it convenient for me to work. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment to focus on my tasks.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a designated space for work meetings or conferences.

We loved the amazing view and found it convenient being close to Acai Cafe for lunch, making it a relaxing base for exploring the city.

I absolutely loved the way the hotel was decorated! The attention to detail in the design and furnishings really made me feel like I was in a luxurious and elegant space. The common areas were especially beautiful and inviting, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff was always ready to assist me with anything I needed, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

If there was one thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people, it would be more assistance from the children working there. While they were friendly and polite, I found that they could have been more proactive in anticipating the needs of older guests.

The room was like a mini apartment, with a lounge area, dining table, and even a small kitchenette. It felt so cozy and homely, perfect for couples or families on a long stay. The private terrace and balcony had stunning views of the pool and garden.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the flat screen TV. But hey, that's just my taste!
